WHY DOES IT TAKE FNB SO LONG TO UPDATE ITC RECORDS??

<p>I settled my FNB outstamnding personal loan account over a month ago, yet they have still not updated ITC records.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is my understading that they have 20 days to update ''paid up'' infomation with the varoius credit bureaus?</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is this taking so long FNB? </p>

Reviewer Update

Getting extreamly frustrated!

Called the various credit bureaus and still no update after promises from FNB that was being resolved.

Payment on this account was made on the 7th June and it is now 8th August with still no ITC update with the various bureaus.

FNB please explain what is going on??????
