Why does FNB keep shooting itself in the foot?

On 6/12/2024 I went to the FNB Woodmead Branch as I was having problems with the e-wallet system in obtaining new pin number and transactions. I asked for details of the transactions. A bank employee called the ewallet division and I spoke to a man who could read out the the transactions but said he could not email. He said he would transfer me to general enquiries. I was was not put through. On the same day, the ewallet was called in the bank and a woman answered this time. She said she could email. No email was received. A member of the bank suggested that I take out an Easy Zero Debit card which I did. On 13/12/2024 I recieved an email from FNB stating:

If I move my FNB account to another bank, could I retain my Easy Zero Debit Account?

Can I get my ewallet transaction record for the last 3 months?

FNB motto "how can we help you" notices in the branch have been removed
