Why does FNB ebucks penalise users on their "Double up your fuel" rewards? I recently had no choice as to purchase fuel at the local Shell garage, which is situated close to my residence. I had to fill up fuel for my generator due to unforeseen Eskom load shedding. The Engen garage where I usually fill up my vehicles is located too far away from my house. Now I lost all the 3 months "Double up your fuel" points for a government problem that is out of my everyone's control. This exclusive deal with Engen is not even worth the effort, if in case of an emergency you loose out all benefits for using another fuel station in an emergency.
