Why does anyone still want to bank with them? Beats me!

ACCOUNT APPLICATION: After 3 emails were written to ask why it is taking so long to add another account, I also phoned FNB, 53 minutes, 7 different departments and got so frustrated that I hung up.

FICA COMPLIANCE I did the compliance on 31 August, the system showed the status as completed and then on 29 September received an SMS to say my account will be frozen as I am not compliant. Did another compliance online. Phoned FNB and they cannot find it! WHY ARE YOUR SYSTEMS NOT WORKING!
