Why do you take unauthorised debits
<p>I have an FNB loan which i am repaying theough my debt counsellor...yet for some reason you feel the need to double debit my bank account with the funds.to be used for my rental. This is the second time.and its extremely frustrating knowing that my bank is *****ing from me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please contact me urgently and process my refund seeing as i have already paid my debt counselling premium.</p>
