Why do you still have Dube FnB branch?

Could you please do something about the Dube branch, my goodness, what pathetic service, I have not received a call from that branch till today, I was given the Ref number ***NF after getting assistance from FnB connect, and I was advised that they will call to resolve my issue of me owing fnb when I dont, I still stand on my statement that the service that black people get is totally different from other people and the FnB Dube branch confirms this statement, I will need to apply for something soon and I cannot have this lingering on my name, do customers need to go through such lengths to resolve issues with the Dube branch, now I understand why it was shrunk to what it is now because the service there is of the worst, I wished I had sent my complaint to maybe Sandton and maybe it would have been resolved by now and believe it or not, this is a message I rep**** with on my previous complaint and as always nothing was done about it, and not even a message acknowledging my issue, but well again who cares definitely not fnb, double standards for different people
