Why do you get it so wrong, everytime?

Dear FNB,

I have been a loyal customer for the past many years. I have always had difficulty dealing with your call centres.

I have recently contacted the Fast App division over a weekend, after having submitted the required documentation, for a follow-up. The consultant transferred me to the credit card division which was closed. How could an employee of FNB not know that one of their call centres are closed, note this is the second time this has happened to me (months apart). I then received an email to rate his service. Needless to say it was a negative rating.

It is shocking that there has been zero improvement in service.

I asked for my limit to be increased it was, but not to the contracted amount, how do you get this wrong - it's black and white - read and execute.

I am still waiting for the correct limit to be set! Days after bringing this to the call centre's attention.

Why FNB, oh why do you do this to me?
