Why do we pay monthly fees for?

Well we all know that the COVID-19 pandemic has everyone on their toes. I just had my fisrt experience as well. Seeing that fnb gets paid for their private bankers, we would like to know that they are looking to support their custommers. Well before the lockdown, i requested to stop a debit order and yes due to financial difficulties and they did. NOW the debit order has gone off again, but double installement. I have a special arrangement with the other service provider. Time and again the answer rwmains the same, fnb is unable to reverse debit orders. FNB does not controll my income, and therefore its against the poppy act to do so. Its simple, i will open a new account and no funds will go into FNB anymore. #realhelp is a hoax
