Why do I still bank with FNB

I ordered a replacement card at 11am on Monday 9 October 2017, online at the FNB Woodstock branch. 2 days after I had already done it, I only received FNBs response to my email sent the week before enquiring how to do it. No surprise here since FNB never responds to emails without ridiculous delays. On Tuesday 10 October 2017 I went into the FNB Woodstock branch (at 11am and only got helped at 12h10) to ask if my replacement card has in fact been processed as I received no SMS nor email confirmation nor information on what's next. One would expect this communication to be mandatory. Why do I need to go into a branch to receive confirmation? There I was promised that my replacement card order was processed and that I'll receive communication by Friday 13 October 2017. The late email I received pretty much confirmed the same, stating 3-5 working days. But nothing surprising that it's now Wednesday 18 October 2017/ 8 working days later but have I received a courier call? No. Have I received my replacement card? No. Has FNB responded to my follow-up emails regarding this? Ofcause not. I expressed the need for my card at the branch and honestly cannot understand the dismissal thereof. Please, can I get my card.

It's now been 31hours since I logged my complaint and I am still waiting for the feedback you speak of. Please tell me what I need to say to evoke some form of urgency for FNB to resolve this matter other than stating that receiving my card is now 4 days later than promised?
