Why do I Pay for platinum?

My platinum credit card tired to be delivered to me while in Europe which I had requested to be scheduled after my return. FNB then cancelled my Gold credit card leaving me without a credit card. I then had to contact the branch to get my credit card delivered to me as they had no clue what was going on. When in Europe I sent a query to the platinum team to find out the balance of my travel wallet and this convieniently was not responded to after sending a follow-up mail. Now my credit card functionality has been frozen online and I cannot perform an internet payement, transfer or debit order on my card. I beleieve I will get the same level of "service" I have recieved at your "premium" suite at Capitec for alot less money.
