Why do I have my account hard blocked ?

I opened my account online last week it was a fight to get card delivered and now that I try and transact on this account , I am told I have been hard blocked because you have to verify my ID and Where I live. All details are on my linked accounts WHY CAN YOU not get the details from my PORTFOLIO??? If this is how you treat a loyal client that has supported FNB since 1979 , then maybe it is time I look at other banks who will hopefully treat me better
