Why do I have a Business Banker if they do not even contact me back??

I have been assigned a new business banker to my account - yet NO EMAILS ARE REP**** TO - NO CONTACT WAS MADE AS PER MY REQUEST. Why do I then have a business banker if I do not even get assistance from them?????
