WHY DO FNB HAVE BRANCHES????? EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED.

On Friday afternoon I went to FNB at Riverstone Mall in Meyerton. I needed information which had to have the FNB stamp on it, besides that there was other information that I needed. The lady at the front desk asked me what I needed to do and her answer was, you can DO IT ONLINE, I told her my story, she said take a seat which I did, I waited a while before another lady waltzed over to me and ask how cab she help me, I told her, she said DO IT ON LINE, 2nd question she answered DO IT ONLINE, I didnt get to my third question, So I asked her WHY DO YOU HAVE BRANCHES IF EVERYTHING IS ONLINE. I left with no help. Don't phone me as your apologies are not going to impress me.
