WHY DID I MOVE OVER TO FNB?
I have been sending emails to request someone to contact me in regards to making a payment arrangement for my personal loan accounts. I have asked in the emails I don't want to speak to a computer but an actual human being. I can not make any calls as I don't have airtime due to limited funds as my husband's salary has been cut and I have to make due with what I have (aka sending emails). And again just now a computer gave me a call.
Can a human being please make contact with me so that I can make a payment arrangement for my overdue accounts? It is not like I am running away, but I need my bank's help.

Firstly I would like to thank Nozipho Thwala who contacted me and gave me advice on my situation.
Secondly, I would like for someone from the so call special arrangement department who I was supposed to contact and which I have more and three times to contact me.
I have sent in all the documents their automated reply robot has requested me, but still, no one has contacted me.
What do I need to do to be taken seriously by my bank? I am in a desperate situation, I need assistance, I have asked for assistance and still, I am being ignored.
