Why can't i be approved of a credit card even when i bank with FNB? Tired of micro landing

Good Day

Is so heart breaking that i bank with FNB but yet they can't even approve a credit card . I end up going to other banks or this pay day loans/microlanding which end hurting my credit profile. FNB please look in to this, atleast if you have your own bank credit card is bettter than going to shop around.
