Why can’t FNB respond to emails?????????????

My FNB Life claim was approved on the 13th March but I haven’t heard from the team to confirm the way forward. My emails have been ignored per usual and FNB Personal Loans have also ignored my request's for confirmation of the next steps. This is SO frustrating!
