Why can you only use FNB with Paypal in SA???????????

This is ridiculous!!! I am setting up a Paypal account and have sent through my verification documents two weeks ago, but to no avail. And there is no other bank or any other way that I can do this except for FNB. I have been trying to use this paypal account, but I need to have it verified. The FNB website states that after attaching the documents, it takes 72 hours. This is so frustrating!!!!!!!!

This is becoming so ABSURD! I speak to a consultant, Pinky and she is rude to me at first, of course and then I ask if she could please put her attitude aside and assist me as I really need this paypal account to work. I send her all the required documents and she will sort it out. And she calls me again and she says tgat it didnt attach properly and I resend it, so I think, great stuff. PINKY is going to help me. This morning I get an automated message saying that I need to send another document that needs to be certified. I asked Pinky if this needs to be certified yesterday, and she said no. Why is there only one way to do this in SA. There is only one bank that deals with SA. Omgosh, will I ever get this sorted. Will I ever have a paypal account. In the email it states that I am an irate customer who left a message on hello peter. I wonder why Pinky. Why am I irate?
