Why bother reporting ***** to the banks
Several weeks ago I did an EFT of R1300.00 & then Collin was uncontactable. I wasted my time by reporting it to Std *****, the I reported it to FNB ***** Risk Management because Std had told me that feedback from FNB was the account in question was active but FNB couldnt do anything. Nazley Sallie, Investigations responded and requested documents which I forwarded and since then nothing. I followed up and no response. I have always been with Std and had seriously been considering a change and FNB was my first choice. FNB appears to be no better than Std - they don't walk the talk.
