Why be helpful when you can charge penalties instead?

Rent was deposited late, and a debit was due to run. Had money in other accounts, here are FNB's options 1 - notify me debit order was about to run on account with insufficient funds, offer to transfer funds from another account; or 2 - run debit order putting account into overdraft, reverse debit order, charge R185 reversed debit order fee, charge for unauthorized overdraft.

Which do you think they do? THe one that makes them money for doing nothing of course!

Used website option to contact bankers. No response!

eBucks get less and less reward each July

Well done guys! And their marketing dept are sitting there wondering why so many people are leaving for Capitec.
