Why ????

I've never been felt like a stupid like this . I've sent every document they needed from me at FNB life but everything i call they told me they didn't get anything .What am I supposed to do now i really don't know .And the will tell you the person you were talking to is on sick leave but they first asked her ohh im so hurt.
