Why are you allowing double debits

Fnb really allows ******* in our bank Acc.I just moved to Fnb after years. I wake up in the morning my bond is unsuccessful n Acc have double debited….why when my bond is finance by Fnb will it allow debit orders to go through and reject its own Acc. The next thing I can’t dispute them it tells me about money something on the app
