Why are u not sending me incontact text messages !!!!!!

U don't even deserve a 1 star!!! How many times must I ask you why u have stopped sending me incontact text messages for any transactions on my personal Cheq Acc, it's been over a year if not two years, if I don't hear from u I will be reporting u to the ombuds on 1Oct 2026!!don't dare tell me u send them in the app!u can't expect me to sit on the app all day. Every Fmb customer gets this messages except me!!im tired of asking u I will hand u over to the ombuds next week
