Why am i paying service fees if i do not receive any service?

Afrihost initiated an unauthorized debit order on my bank account. Although I do not have business with them, they are quick to take the money. I disputed the matter with FNB when Afrihost paid R1 into my bank account and informed them that I do not have any business with Afrihost. If FNB acted on the R1 that was disputed, Afrihost would not be able to take R1314.40 from my account. I am now suffering, and FNB does not care. They will only assist me after the ***** department investigates the dispute and pay the money back after 7 to 10 working days.
