WHY AM I NOT CREDIT WORTHY

I have been with FNB for almost 10 years and have never had a problem on my account. I have investments, savings and my salary have been deposited in this account for the last 9 years.I have a car, a bond a credit card, have just paid up a loan, all with other banks, because with FNB apparently my credit is so bad, and have been so bad I do not even qualify for e bucks.<br> <br> But nobody at your call centre can tell me why and I keep on getting some stupid operator telling me to go into my branch and blah blah blah. I stay in a very rural area and the branch is nothing more than a glorified kiosk and the lines simply are a joke, with the service also questionable. If I have to do that I might as well just move everything to bank that does not see me as such a terrible risk!! FNB has a full record and owe me much more money in shares and investments, than I ever want to owe you, so why can I not even get something stupid like e bucks??
