Why am I locked in?

I have no complaints with FNB regarding my private account with them, but I was a trustee of our body corporate and was authorised to sign for payments at our complex. I resigned as a trustee in November 2022, and the new trustees can't be bothered to take over the banking. I have no clue what decisions the trustees are making in regards to payments, and don't want to be doing these payments for them. I have been to FNB at Table Bay Mall twice, sat in queues and waited to be seen. However, it seems that I have no say in this matter and am tied to this account whether I like it or not. After initially being told that someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours, my emails are now ignored - even when I ask whether the matter has been resolved.
