Why

I am trying to apply for a credit card again with you guys but it keeps on getting declined, saying my accounts have missed payments, My accounts have been paid off since last year May already, More than six months. Also the credit card account was supposed to be closed yet it is still reflected on my online banking. What is going on ? As per my history i do not owe you any money.... I don't qualify for ebucks because my account is bad *******..
