Whose account is it anyway?

I have been billed by I.Tunes.com on 3 occasions now for R 669.99. I have no idea what it is for so I queried it with FNB private banking who requested me to fill in a dispute form. After having done this I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I must take it up with the merchant! Where the hell do you start when it's I.Tunes.com? Another debit wenr through on my account today so I called the call centre only to be told that it does not reflect on their system yet! How can that be, you have taken the money out of my account and you don't have a record of it? Be that as it may, I do not know anything about this and I want it reversed. I am the client and I'm telling you that I know nothing about this and please reverse it. I was told to fill in another dispute form!!! Only to be told again that I must deal directly with the merchant?? It is my account and my money. Surely if I tell you that it is ********** and I want it reversed then you must do so? The only way I am going to stop this happening in the future is to close my account and move to another bank. Farewell FNB
