Who will be held responsible?

<p>My aunt recently opened a new account with FNB whom she's been banking with for a few years now. We've discovered in May that someone in her house have been *****ing from her since 2014. We contacted her lawyers who then advised us she must change her account and that's why she opened a new account. We then asked the consultant Not to activate any cellphone banking or internet banking facilities. This month we went back to ask for a statement(on the new account) and we discovered that this person has access to her money and took more than a R1000 out of her account. My question "Who will be held responsible for this now?!?"</p>
