who to trust at the bank

on the 28 November 2015 when the branch opened my husband went inside the FNB branch at Chris Hani crossing in Vosloorus to withdraw money inside the branch where he was escorted to the side where people who send money to Losotho ..A man not sure of his name but you can get it their system shows who assited Mr Ambros Sipho T**** on the 28/11/2015 this man gave my husband the R20000 and before handing over the money my husband says there were some creepy procedures that took place after that this man said to him 'LET ME PUT THE MONEY IN AN ENVILOPE FOR YOU BECUASE THERE IS TOO MUCH CRIME' right after handing the money to my husband this FNB employee who helped my husband winked at someone. My husband left the bank thinking he is safe.after parking the car he was travelling with and just when he entered the house before sitting down two men came in with guns and pointed at everyone in the house and asked for the money they went straight to my husband took and amount R20000. the people were driving a golf 5 red one .we went back to the bank to report this but not much could be done as it was a sat . the two men who pointed them with guns were spotted at the mall again. this is
