What the actual hell. My husband moved to Fnb a month ago. This morning he received a message saying his salary is in but to no avail. Apparently u need to wait a certain amount of hours before it's reflected in your ****ed account. He spoke to varies chat consultants saying his boss has to confirm by the bank. He did. Nothing. One said 24 hours. The other said 12 hours. If we knew this we would've never changed banks. What about the debit orders that's bouncing? This ridiculous. You are basically keeping the salary hostage for checks to see if it's *****ulent but his boss clearly confirmed it. From fnb to fnb it should be quick and effienct, but no. This is stupid and unacceptable for an international bank. Will this happen every single month? Wait every single time. It's absurd.
