Who receives the interest on duplicate debits?

What's the point of having the best digital banking when your customer service is so pathetic?
I'm waiting for a duplicated debit of R7448 reserved entry to be reversed while I'm paying interest on a debit balance for your error. I've received an email on stating:

"Kindly note that the funds have been manually released into your account, and the balance in your account has increase with those amounts.

Contact the FNB Private Clients Service Suite on the details below should you require any further assistance.

Kind regards,

Rachel Mothapo "

I'm still waiting for the funds to be made available. This is the 2nd incident. I don't have time to waste every time fnb duplicates an entry. Why should I complete dispute form when you made a mistake. Take ownership.

Seriously can't wait to switch... to another bank.
#keenforanotherbank
