Who is the client???
In February I resorted to Hello Peter, as a result of receiving no response from FNB to a debit card dispute. Using Hello Peter caught FNB's attention and the necessary refund was received. Now, 3 months later, they have once again debited my daughter's account again, in favour of [URL Removed] for a vehicle THAT WAS NEVER HIRED/USED!!! My daughter is FNB's client and as such, assumes that FNB will safeguard her money and not release it to a 3rd party, particularly when prior communication has been submitted, proving that the transaction NEVER TOOK PLACE. Due to FNB's ridiculously slow response in January/February, I will not contact their so called service department and chose this forum instead. I expect a refund and apology today, as they have absolutely no authority to debit the account for a transaction that NEVER HAPPENED and certainly not without supplying proof to substantiate what they have done. Very poor FNB.
