Who gave you the permission to modify and debit my account as you wish

I have noticed that for the past 3 months or so my 'bank your change' service has been removed and my SMS notification stopped without my knowledge. I had to waste my energy to get FNB to restore the SMS notification but now for the 'Bank your Change' service they say i have ti activate it. Who gave FNB the permision to remove it in the first place? Why doesn't the bank activate it without my knowledge as they were able to remove it without my knowledge also. Then to my suprise, FNB goes and debit my account for a loan that we have a written agreemnet that they should debit on the 25th? Again, who gave FNB the authority to debit my account on the 15th? Why does FNB don't have any respect for our agreemnet to debit on teh 25th? Is it because i bank with FNB that they feel they can just help themselves on my account without my approval? And i'm told that if i log a complaint on HelloPeter i will not be assisted quickly because my Private Banker is not in the office. Do i have an account with the Private Banker or FNB?

1. Activate all the services you deactivated on my account without my knowledge and don't involve me when you do so. I just want it the way it was.

2. Provide me with answers as to why my loan installment was deducted earlier than the agreed date and advise me if the Bank view what they did as legal even though we have a written agreement?
