Who debits you 5 times in one month and bank keep collecting 110 every 3 days *******

I have fought this issue of people doing what they like in our accounts. How can a bank charge u the same fees 3 x in one month 110 x 3 for one company when u only get paid once a month. Guys I want to close my account I cannot pay over a 1000 of fees in one month I asked them to close the ****** account they say I must settle it 1st
