Can someone shed some light on "Covid19 Relief Loan"?

At the start of the National state of disaster effective 27th March 2020 - I immediately contacted my banks to advise that I would be unable to make any Credit Card payments for a minimum of 3 x months.

I was registered on the ABSA system for this platform on my profile. With FNB - They issued me a Covid19 Loan of 5K , without my consent.

The next thing I know I recieved a call from a Consultant regarding repayment!!! I mentioned to the gentleman that I did NOT request for the loan. I wanted it removed off my profile, I am now being debited R114.00 monthly. I was not asked if that was okay, neither was I informed that this is what was due!!! How do you operate as a BANK? Especially in such financial situations where we as consumers are facing a Pandemic!
