Which or of your 48 numbers does one call with queries?

I have a temporary loan facility with FNB. Last week I accessed it but before accepting the quote, I got a phone call and closed the app. When I tried to go back in n my banking app, it shows that it's available but when I click to access it, it takes me a personal loan page.

I called one of your 48 call centre numbers yesterday and was given a different number to call, who gave me a different number to call, and again a different number to call

I now have 2 questions: why can't I access my temporary loan facility? Secondly, I ask with tears in my eyes, if your own staff don't know which number to dial to query the many different services you offer, how are your clients supposed to know which one of your 48 numbers to call with queries?
