The investigation is to identify whom is at fault and whom should be compensated. I had a meeting with them yesterday and from what i can advise you is that the refund will be done to the bank that issued the cheque and they will provide you with a new cheque. As this was not involving your FNB banking account. "
Hoping hellopeter gets the attention of someone that can make FNB understand that the funds are mine and were paid out of FNB (Randburg Square)to someone other than myself if the cheque was lost in transit, or something then yes i would go to source BUT the cheque was paid out of source to FNB already
Regards
