WHERES MY LOTTO DATA!?

I have made numerous online "prepaid purchases" via the FNB App in order to purchase both Lotto & Powerball. However, I only realised this recently, but all of my historical data (i.e. previous plays) have been wiped clean from the app. I have attempted to contact FNB on more than one occasion to retrieve this data but they have no recollection of said previous plays.

This is highly concerning because they have no way to prove that I did not win for previous games. Their customer service is horrible, especially Fiona Somasundram who is supposedly a Complaints Team Leader at FNB.
