Wheres my ebucks refund

On the 26th November I purchased two items via the ebucks store. An iPad and an iWatch. That some day I wanted to cancel just the iWatch. I called the call centre and they said they wont deliver it and ill be refunded as soon as the ipad is delivered. The ipad was delivered without the iwatch as promised but no refund. Almost a month later and the order is still in a status of New and I havent recieved a refund. Order number ***3.
