Where the **** is my money!?!?!?

Not sure what kind of sick ****ing joke this? I received a refund of R545? Where the **** is the rest of my money??? And now Moipone Gumbi who called me to advise my refund will be paid into my account in full by the end of the week has conveniently gone on leave. The person she left her work to is just the same as her. Does not reply to my mails. Where the **** is the rest of my money? R545 IS NOT EVEN A FRACTION OF THE AMOUNT ON THE MOTHER ****ING INDEMNITY I FILLED OUT TO CLAIM WHICH WAS RECOVERED BY YOU!!!!!! I swear to god if I don’t have someone explain to me where the **** the rest of my money is by close of business today I’m going to take this further and involve the police as well. I have ****ing had it with Moipone Gumbi and FNB. When this is all said and done I want to leave FNB immediately. I will take my business account elsewhere.
