Where on earth has my money gone?!??!??!!
I sold my home recently and and I had a credit due to us paying extra funds into the bond. When the home sold, the funds disappeared and FNB cannot show me where it went!
After numerous mails, nobody is able to show me where the money is! I am a private client and my private banker is not actively seeking to resolve this issue! I requested a meeting with the home-loans department, this seems to have fallen on deaf ears!
This is terrible service and is really making me question why I am with FNB in the first place!
