Where is the personnel??????
<p>So i have app**** for a loan on the 6th of July. This entire month has been a struggle of getting ahold of the agent handeling the case, i think i have probably received 2 calls from them, where i have probably phoned them like 30 times, spent about R200 on airtime and so on and still, nothing! They keep me on the line, they play that stupid song for abou 20 minutes i have been put on hold DAILY. What the actual is going on? Do you not want to help me recive this loan or what is the deal? how can you help and support your client with aboplutely no effort. So shocked, honestly.</p>
