Where is the customer service? 48 hours later still no feedback.

I have logged 3 complaints and still no feedback - ***. FNB charges me funds for unsuccessful transactions because the vendors banked the money late. Then to top all of this, FNB keeps is charging me R90 per transaction on their own debits for unsuccessful transactions! Please arrange a refund!!!
