WHERE IS THE CONCERN FOR CLIENT INFORMATION?
I am still awaiting feedback regarding a POPI violation.
Is my personal information safe with FNB? no one is assisting to tell me who accessed my account and what is happening regarding this incident.

10 Aug 2021, 13:52This just seems like a generic response without real sincerity as this was said before and I am still waiting for a resolution. This is a POPI violation. Kindly take it seriously and advise. I do not feel safe with FNB nor confident that I am valued as a client.
