Where is my Refund

Hi, good day<br> <br> I bought items on Aliexpress and international site on the 23rd of Oktober for the amount of R2439.61<br> After i ordered it i did not want it anymore and did a refund on the site as i have prev also done and the refund was back in my account within 3days. <br> <br> Now every time i phone no one is capable in answering my request. Where is my money and when will i get it back
