Where is my money????

Myself and my mother have app**** for a debt consolidation loan on 29 July 2019. The loan was approved and there was 2 creditors to be settled namely a personal loan and an edgars account.

The 2 creditors were paid on 31 July 2019. According to the debt consolidation report I received from fnb. but I have spoken to edgars to confirm if they have received the full outstanding balance on the account and up until today (6 August 2019) they have not received any money from fnb.

I would like to know into which bank account the money was paid. Bank Name? Account Number? Reference used? As the debt consolidation report does not show the banking details into which the funds were paid for the edgars account. So that the money can be traced and allocated as soon as possible.
