Where is my license disc?!

This is the second year FNB has lost my license disc. Same as last year, I ordered and paid my license disc renewal through FNB. I have not heard a word from the delivery service they use. Last year they said they will refund 1/4 of what I paid. So this year, I am fighting. Where is my license disc?! Oh, you don’t know because “it is out of your hands”. Refund my full amount so I can rather deal with government services than your incompetence. This is outrageous. Twice! Twice you have made the SAME mistake!!!
