Where is my Documents

This is now becoming ridiculous - -<br> <br> I have sent through a number of request. I sent you my personal information and documentation on a couple of occasions and still NO FEEDBACK.. You misplaced my documents the first time around and I asked for someone to explain how could this happen but NO FEEDBACK. I now sent my documents for a second time, last month sometime and still NO FEEDBACK. <br> <br> My concern here is the following:<br> <br> 1. Payslip <br> 2. Proof of address<br> 3. ID Document<br> 4. And application form<br> <br> All of the above was sent to you and the first time it was MISPLACED and no-one could explain why and how it disappeared. They simply asked me to send it again. Which I did and still no-one has contacted me, NO FEEDBACK on application but more worryingly NO FEEDBACK on why and how my documents were lost. As your client I feel you have not only exposed me to lurking ********** but you have also no regard for protecting my information and im sure you have heard of the P.O.P.P.I. Act which I feel you're on not complying too.<br> <br> I am very concerned that FNB clearly has no regard for client information and its evident that my request is not a priority has you have more important things todo
