Where is a zero star rating for this **** bank?

5th review over three weeks. Guess what? No response or action. Our cases with this pathetic bank being more than 6 months old. Once again I urge people to NEVER consider having your business with this bank. They are utterly pathetic. Our business banker is non existant. Imagine a business banker that just ignores emails. Last time we heard from her was two months ago. You can take your 24 - 48 hour promise policy and shove it. The legal system will have to do its work with you lot no matter how long it takes. Chargebacks that were won in arbitration in the first week of September already with the promise of a 24 hour turnaround for credit is now at 3 months. No department (and we contacted dozens of them) helps or answers.

No help. 3 weeks later, 5 reviews later. Your formal complaints mean nothing. We have chargrback cases that was arbitrated in our favour. 6 ****ing months already. The department did noy credit us as promised in the "24 hours" they mentioned. In fact it is over three months after the 24 hour promise. Formal complaints. Informal complaints. Complaints thru the website. Nothing works. Nobody works. Non existing business banker who ignores emails. Nobody at charhebacks answering. Dead en after dead end. Embarrassment to have our business associated with such a bank. Pathetic does not describe it
