where has my card been delivered??

On the 31/08/17 my cheque card expired ,prior to that 26 July 2017 I got this sms " FNB :-) Your FNB Visa Cheque card: will expire at the end of next month. You will be notified by sms when your new card is ready for collection." then weeks later on the 31st July 2017 I got this sms "FNB :) Your card for acc.. ****is ready for collection at PRETORIA branch. Original ID and Proof of Residence NOT older than 3 months required."

1.PRETORIA is a very big city ,with a lot of FNB branches,I then took it upon myself to call FNB customer service so I can trace the branch my card was delivered!

I got taken from pillar to post ,the one consultant told me to contact the courier department and gave me this number ********** they asked for the tracking no/I'd number of which I provided, then I got told there's no card linked to my ID number and I must contact CCD courier company : ********** they also wanted the same I'd number or trace /tracking number which I provided ,they also advised that they do not have my ID number on their system and I should contact FNB again to ask for their other courier company DSV .

This is highly unfair treatment for me to receive from my bank ,why do I need to spend so much money calling being transfer from one department to the next ,wasting my airtime and time to b sorting out such a mess I did not create ?uncalled for !

I do my banking at one branch Lynwood branch (The Grove )why was my card delivered to a branch I have never set foot in ?a branch that is not specified in the sms that I received !?

Im in a dilemma ,how am I supposed to access my account because my card is idling at a "PRETORIA "branch?

I'm highly disappointed and shocked by such service from FNB,I really expect more!

FNB, how can we NOT HELP YOU!?

Good Day,

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

When the account was opened in 2014, this was done at the Pretoria branch. Every three years a renewal card is issued and this card is systematically sent to the account holding branch (the branch where the account was opened).

I have logged a complaint on your behalf and the relevant department will provide feedback.
